This recorded live webcast is Part 4 of a free, 12-month course on The True Source of Healing. Like every other video of the course, it can also be viewed separately.

Going into nature and being fully with its elements — earth, water, fire, air, or space — is a powerful method for discovering the truth of who you are. In this recorded webcast, Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche opens with a half-hour guided meditation that helps you to rest in stillness, silence, and spaciousness; reflect on any elemental qualities that you are missing at this time in your life; identify the natural setting you can visit to retrieve those qualities; and visualize retrieving from that natural setting. In the teaching that follows the guided practice, Rinpoche emphasizes the importance of setting a date to be with nature and its elements, and offers suggestions for a formal and informal meditation practice. The teaching is followed by a question-answer session.

The yearlong course is based on Rinpoche’s book The True Source of Healing: How the Ancient Tibetan Practice of Soul Retrieval Can Transform and Enrich Your Life (Hay House, July 2015).
