This recorded live webcast is Part 5, Session 1, of a free, 12-month course on The True Source of Healing. Like every other video of the course, it can also be viewed separately.

In this first session of a daylong Internet retreat, Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche guides a 32-minute meditation that helps one to rest deeply in the inner refuge — the “great completeness,” the truth of who you are. Through entering the three doors of body, speech, and mind, one is introduced to the non-dual state of unbounded sacred space, infinite awareness, and genuine warmth of inner refuge. In the teaching that follows, Rinpoche discusses the inner refuge in detail, explaining the difference between being at the door to the inner refuge and being fully within the room.

The yearlong course is based on Rinpoche’s book The True Source of Healing: How the Ancient Tibetan Practice of Soul Retrieval Can Transform and Enrich Your Life (Hay House, July 2015).
