Over a period of seven weeks, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche offered a free series of Facebook Live teachings, guided meditations, and question-answer sessions on “The Healing Power of Your Breath.” Breathing is critical for life, Rinpoche explains. But on another level, the Tibetan spiritual traditions also rely on the elemental healing qualities of subtler winds known as lung (in Sanskrit, prana; in Chinese, chi).
