Join us for Part 8 of a series of short guided meditations led by Aleezé Sattar Moss. Aleezé guides us in mindfulness practices in support of the inner refuge meditations we engage in each month during the 24-Hour Full Moon Practice.

The guided mindfulness meditation is rooted in gentle awareness, embodiment, and self-acceptance. Aleezé leads listeners through a progressive process of tuning into the body, softening tension, and allowing thoughts and emotions to arise without resistance. Rather than striving to “fix” the mind, the practice emphasizes returning again and again to simple presence — resting in awareness as it naturally is.
