Listen to illuminating teachings, guided meditations, lively dialogs, and other offerings during your daily commute or while working out, doing household chores, or resting after a long day. New episodes will be released each Wednesday at 5 a.m. New York time, featuring recordings of both recent and past CyberSangha offerings.

About CyberSangha
The name CyberSangha reflects Rinpoche’s commitment to offer free access to his teachings for anyone in the world who might benefit from them. Buddhism speaks of Three Jewels: the Buddha; the Dharma, or Buddhist teachings; and the Sangha — the community of meditation practitioners who follow the teachings and put them into practice. In particular, CyberSangha refers to the international online community of individuals following the broadcasts and seeking nourishment from mutual support.
Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche
Rinpoche’s teachings present a doorway to connecting with your best self, a sense of openness, awareness, and warmth that allows you to live to your highest potential. The broadcasts are accessible to anyone, including meditation novices, practitioners with years of meditation experience, and those of any or no religious or spiritual affiliation.
Since 2009, live broadcasts have included teachings and guided meditations, as well as interfaith dialogues, conversations between scientific and spiritual leaders, Tibetan poetry readings, and glimpses of Rinpoche’s life and travels. Volunteers provide simultaneous translation into multiple languages, and the community app enables exchanges between members. Recordings of each broadcast are accessible in multiple languages via archives and language-specific YouTube channels.
