Take an online course with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche
Consider joining other students in one or more online courses offered by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. The life-changing courses at Ligmincha Learning, crafted by Rinpoche and facilitated by a Ligmincha instructor, include video instruction by Rinpoche plus supportive materials, lesson plans, and discussion forums. In Rinpoche’s online workshops at Glidewing.com, throughout each workshop Rinpoche offers you his personal support and guidance in an Ask a Question forum as you work daily with his video-based teachings and guided meditations. Both of these platforms provide an ideal setting for learning meditation from the comfort of your home, as you apply your practice to the routines and challenges of everyday life and benefit from weeks of mutual support from other participants.
Join a local or online practice group

Also, check to see if there is a physical practice group in your locale. Ligmincha has centers and practice groups in many locations around the world — see here.
If there’s no practice group near you, consider hosting a group meditation practice using Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche’s online teachings. A new Host Training Program allows individuals who meet certain prerequisites to start local practice groups. Learn more.
