Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche introduces and screens a series of 19 short videos that offer tips for parenting during the pandemic. His introductions, which summarize key points of his video teachings, are in both English and Tibetan. The short videos are in Tibetan language only at this time; translation into English and other languages may be made available in the future. Each video can be viewed via the links below.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many parents have faced difficult challenges. Families have been shut in during lock-down and struggling with online education and limits for video gaming, for example. From what he witnessed among friends and his own experience as a father, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche felt moved in 2020 to record a series of 19 short videos on parenting. He chose to release them in early 2022.
