Join us for Part 2 of a three-part series of online teachings with Marcy Vaughn, exploring how the medicine of inner refuge can support us in meeting life’s most challenging experiences. The hour-long live broadcasts take place on three consecutive Fridays and are free and open to all.

In this second exploration, we connect with the support of the refuge of our meditation practice and reflect on a challenge we experience. Coming closer to how this experience lives in body, speech, and mind, we can discover a sense of “me,” an identity that holds and is informed by pain. With the openness, awareness, and warmth of the natural state, the inner refuge, the solidity of this sense of me can release, allowing for healing qualities to emerge, benefiting self and others.
