“When we’re locked in at home, sometimes our mind goes crazy, the body doesn’t move enough, and we eat too much. This is a reminder for myself and all the CyberSangha to move the body more. We can do yoga, dance, do the tsa lung exercises indoors, or if we can go outside following local guidelines for social distancing, then we can go for a walk or a bike ride. So, I’m inviting you all to join me as I go for a bike ride in the Bay Area. 😎 ”
