In this brief, gently guided session, Aleezé Sattar Moss invites you to slow down, feel the support beneath your body, and rest in the inner refuge taught by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche — accessing stillness of body, silence of speech, and spaciousness of mind as a source of protection and ease. From this grounded awareness, Aleezé leads a loving-kindness meditation that begins with a beloved person or being, then turns toward yourself, and finally expands to include all beings, offering heartfelt wishes for peace, safety, health, and ease.

This is Part 6 of a series of guided mindfulness practices offered in support of the inner refuge meditations we engage in each month during the 24-Hour Full Moon Practice.

The inner refuge is entered through a practice of deeply abiding in the stillness, silence, and spaciousness of being. It is an opportunity to connect with fullness and completeness in the present moment, and to discover a deep sense of protection amid life’s challenges. We warmly invite you to join this session as we cultivate centering, calm, and presence together amid the busyness of daily life.
