With encouragement from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, CyberSangha is pleased to launch a new series of free live broadcasts: short guided meditations led by Aleezé Sattar Moss, offered regularly each month. Open to everyone, each live session will last about 20 minutes and will be announced ahead of time, allowing participants to plan and join with ease. Aleezé will guide us in mindfulness practices in support of the inner refuge meditations we engage in each month during the 24-Hour Full Moon Practice.

The inner refuge is entered through a practice of deeply abiding in the stillness, silence, and spaciousness of being. It is an opportunity to connect with fullness and completeness in the present moment, and to discover a deep sense of protection amid life’s challenges. We warmly invite you to join this first session as we cultivate centering, calm, and presence together amid the busyness of daily life.

Most Grateful for This
very fine meditation, thank you from Germany!
I am unable to view any of these guided meditations. It says Video no longer available. Doesn’t work on FB or on Cybersangha either. Can you help?
Thanks,
Paul Alexander
Hi Paul, thanks for asking. Some months back, Facebook created a new policy whereby all Facebook Live videos are removed within a few weeks after they air. We were able to download all the videos before they disappeared, and are working on finalizing a process for uploading them to YouTube and then embedding them again in the archives of cybersangha.net. Unfortunately, we are short on volunteers for this task, but hopefully over the next months (if not years), the project will be complete!
Any volunteers interested in assisting in this project can message us via our “contact us” form at https://cybersangha.net/#contact
