Begins Wednesday, January 7, 2026: “Cardiac Coherence as a Portal to Meditation,” Free Interactive Online Course

Four consecutive Wednesday sessions, January 7–28, 2026

In this four-week online course, we will use simple cardiac coherence breathing exercises to enter a heart-centered meditation. In a safe environment supported by guided meditations and fellow participants, you will deepen your understanding and strengthen your ability to connect with your heart, allowing its intrinsic qualities to benefit both yourself and others.

The practice of cardiac coherence synchronizes breathing, heart rhythms, brain rhythms, and hormonal responses to help balance your nervous system, manage stress, regulate emotions, and enhance physical, emotional, and cognitive health.

Prerequisite: Participants are asked to view these two CyberSangha broadcasts on cardiac coherence before the course begins:

The interactive course is open to all, with a limit of 16 participants to foster connection, warmth, honesty, and safety. Sessions are held via Zoom, in either English or French. There is no fee, but participants must view both broadcasts and commit to full engagement and daily practice.

  • Group 1 (English): Held via Zoom on four consecutive Wednesdays, beginning January 7, 2026. Times to be announced.
